Ali Dasouqi, PhD, MBACEO
Ali Dasouqi, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of AEcelerate, where he leads the development of intelligent, human-centered technology to streamline clinical-trial operations and improve research execution. A systems engineer and AI strategist with more than two decades of experience, Ali has led complex, high-impact initiatives for organizations including OpenAI, the U.S. Navy's Mission Readiness Support System, ExxonMobil, and Chevron. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University with a focus on artificial intelligence, technology, entrepreneurship, and healthcare analytics. Combining deep systems-engineering expertise with business strategy and healthcare innovation, Ali's approach centers on understanding the people and processes behind operational challenges, then applying AI to create practical, scalable, and measurable improvements.
Caroline McGuirk, MBACOO
Caroline McGuirk, MBA, is a healthcare strategy and technology professional with experience spanning healthcare SaaS, consulting, sales, and entrepreneurship. Her background includes healthcare market strategy, regulatory analysis, business development, and technology commercialization. She has also served with AmeriCorps, bringing a strong commitment to mission-driven work and improving communities. Caroline holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University focused on Health Care Management, Innovation & Technology, along with Stanford certifications in Generative AI and AI in Healthcare. She brings a strategic, entrepreneurial, and commercially focused perspective to building innovative AI solutions for healthcare.

Dr. Moaath Mustafa Ali, MD, MPHClinical AI Advisor
Dr. Moaath K. Mustafa Ali is a hematologist and leukemia specialist at Cleveland Clinic's Taussig Cancer Institute and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University. His work spans clinical medicine, biotechnology, clinical research, and data-driven innovation.
He has expertise in clinical trial design, epidemiology, biostatistics, and the development and analysis of large clinical databases, with a particular interest in leveraging artificial intelligence, real-world data, and emerging technologies to improve clinical research and patient care. His research focuses on acute leukemia and myeloid neoplasms, translational research, immunotherapy, and precision medicine.
As a clinical & AI advisor to AEcelerate, Dr. Mustafa Ali brings clinical, biotechnology, and database expertise to help guide the development and real-world application of innovative technologies that can modernize clinical trial workflows, improve data capture and analysis, and accelerate clinical research.
Dr. Saja Mustafa Ali, MDMedical Advisor
Dr. Saja Mustafa Ali is a board-certified rheumatologist at the University of Chicago Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
She has expertise in the clinical management of complex autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, physician workflow design, and translating real-world care needs into actionable clinical insights, with a particular interest in improving communication and coordination between patients and care teams. Her research and clinical focus center on autoimmune disease pathophysiology, treatment optimization, and evidence-based rheumatologic care.
As a medical advisor to AEcelerate, Dr. Mustafa Ali brings clinical and patient-care expertise to help guide the development of clinical-trial technology informed by real-world physician workflows, ensuring the platform reflects the practical needs of both patients and care teams.
Mr. Faisal Dasouqi, PMPBusiness Advisor
Faisal is a retired aerospace and defense leader with extensive experience in systems engineering, system test, and program execution across commercial, defense, and space navigation product lines. He brings a disciplined, mission-critical approach to guiding complex technology initiatives from concept through validation and delivery.
As a former Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, Faisal has led cross-functional teams across multiple sites, built alignment among technical and business stakeholders, and navigated ambiguity in highly regulated, high-consequence environments. In his advisory role with AEcelerate, he provides strategic perspective on systems thinking, product assurance, operational rigor, stakeholder alignment, and scalable execution—capabilities that support AEcelerate's mission to build an auditable, governed clinical-trial operating system.

Eng. Abdallah BargouthiScrum Master
Abdallah Azzam is a software engineer and a Scrum Master who helps AI-driven products progress from concept through reliable, scalable execution.
He brings experience in full-stack development, automation, quality assurance, agile delivery, and coordinating technical teams across complex product initiatives, including Forensics AI and AEcelerate. His experience at PwC further developed his enterprise technology-delivery perspective, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, structured execution, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.
Eng. Hamzh AmeenSystem Integration Engineer
Hamzh is an AI engineer with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and a growing focus on applying AI to healthcare and healthcare operations.
He has a proven ability to design and build intelligent software systems that automate and optimize complex processes, with a particular interest in improving clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
He specializes in translating healthcare and business requirements into scalable, end-to-end solutions, combining systems thinking with AI-driven development to deliver practical results quickly and efficiently.
With a sharp analytical mindset and a bias toward execution, Hamzh excels at turning complex ideas into reliable, production-ready systems that enhance healthcare operations and support better decision-making.
